Information for the NOCs

on the XVI ANOC General Assembly

Beijing, China, April 2008

The National Olympic Committees of the world will be gathered from the 7^th to the 9^th of April 2008 to participate in the XVI General Assembly of ANOC to be held in Beijing, China, host city of the upcoming Games of the XXIX Olympiad. On April 10^th, they will hold their Joint Meeting with the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee. The delegates who do not belong to the Executive Council of ANOC or to the ANOC Working Group are due to arrive on April 5^th.

Please find hereafter the following information :

- The provisional programme of the XVI ANOC General Assembly.

- Practical information for the participants in the Assembly concerning the following aspects: accommodation, accreditation, travel, visas, health regulations, local transport, among other areas.

Please take special note of the information regarding visas, travel and the deadline for the entries.
